This Shipping Policy outlines our current production timelines, delivery windows, and how we manage orders from creation to your doorstep.

 

 

 

📦 Production & Fulfillment

  • Made-to-Order Philosophy:
    All Aurealuxe candles are made to order in collaboration with our manufacturing partner. Because we do not mass-produce, our lead times reflect our commitment to quality.

 

  • New Scent Production Time:
    For new scent launches or limited releases, please allow 4 to 8 weeks for production prior to shipping. This is the time required for safe formulation, testing, and curing before fulfillment begins.

 

  • In-Stock Items & Restocks:
    Orders placed for stocked candles typically ship within 5–7 business days.

 

  • Preorders:
    If you’ve purchased through a preorder campaign, your estimated shipping window will be clearly stated at checkout and in your confirmation email. Updates will be provided as your order moves through production.

  • How It Works:
    All candles purchased during this phase are preorders, meaning they will be produced after your order is placed. We are a small business, and your support allows us to craft each scent with purpose — from formulation to final pour.

  • Estimated Production Timeline:
    From the close of each preorder window, please allow 4 to 8 weeks for production. This includes time for batching, curing, quality testing, and packaging.

  • Why the Wait:
    We do not mass-produce. Each candle is developed using premium wax blends, high-grade fragrance oils, and sustainable materials. Your patience supports craftsmanship.

  • Domestic U.S. Shipping:

 

  • Standard (USPS or UPS): 3–6 business days after dispatch

  • Expedited options available at checkout

 

  • International Shipping:

 

  • Available to select countries

  • Transit times vary by destination (7–14 business days)

  • Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
