Preorder Model: All purchases are considered preorders unless otherwise stated. This means products are made-to-order after the sale closes.
Production Window: Please allow 4–8 weeks for production before shipping begins. This timeline may vary based on manufacturer availability or supply chain changes.
Order Updates: Customers will receive email updates on order status, and tracking once shipped.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
Payment is due at checkout via secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information.

5. Shipping Policy

Orders will ship following production. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
Delays may occur during holidays, new scent launches, or due to supply chain disruptions.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our candles:

All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact support@aurealuxecandles.com within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
